80's German Punk、そして90's German Oi!の影響濃く、時折入るSKAのビートに響き渡るシンガロングが勢いたっぷり！アルコール消費、労働者階級の生活、サッカー、団結など皮肉も交え歌われる。
DIE ÄRZTE、CONDEMNED 84、COCK SPARRER、ABWÄRTSの影響も感じさせる。
バンド名の「Das Gelbe vom Oi!」は、ドイツ語のことわざで、「Das Gelbe vom Ei（卵の黄身：あるものの中で一番良い部分を指す）」をもじったもののようだ。ジャケットの意味が分かったような気がする。

First album of 11 songs by the new Oi!/punk band Das Gelbe vom Oi! from Steigerwald, Germany, following their 2024 demo tape.
The album is a continuation of the 80's German punk and 90's German Oi! are heavily influenced by the band, and the album is full of energy, with occasional SKA beats and singalongs! The songs are an ironic take on drinking, working-class life, football and solidarity.
Influences of DIE ÄRZTE, CONDEMNED 84, COCK SPARRER and ABWÄRTS can also be heard.
The band's name “Das Gelbe vom Oi!” is apparently a pun on the German proverb “Das Gelbe vom Ei” (The yolk of an egg: the best part of things). I think I know what the jacket means.
