1988年にカセットテープでリリースされたデモアルバムが、クロアチアのDoomtown Recordsの系列、Outsider Classicsより復刻リリース。全11曲、歌詞カード封入。125本限定。
初期スパニッシュ・パンクや80年代前半の南米ハードコアからの影響が伺えるサウンド。怒りをぶちまけるかのように咆哮する女性ヴォーカル、とげとげしいギター、ドタバタとしながらもスピード感溢れる音が凄い！南米ハードコア、マスターピースの一つ！

SOBERANIA PERSONAL was formed in Buenos Aires, Argentina, in 1987.
Demo album released on cassette tape in 1988 and reissued by Outsider Classics, an affiliate of Croatia's Doomtown Records. 11 tracks, lyric card enclosed, limited to 125 copies.
Sound shows influences from early Spanish punk and early 80s South American hardcore. Female vocals bellowing in anger, thorny guitars and a slamming, yet speedy sound! South American hardcore, one of the masterpieces!
