2022年にUK82、ハードコアパンク、Oi！からの影響を受けた5曲入りのデモ・テープ（2023年にレコード・プレス）でデビューし、すぐに注目を集めた。
2ndリリースとなる本作は5曲入り12"EP。戦争、抑圧、社会、警察について、これまで以上に的を得ていると感じられる、直接的で粗野なスローガン的歌詞が、同じく直接的で粗野な曲調と組み合わされている。PUNKの真髄だ。今作にも初期衝動が満ち溢れてる！！

HAREN, a female punk trio from Murcia, Spain.
They debuted in 2022 with a five-song demo tape (record pressed in 2023) influenced by UK82, hardcore punk and Oi! and immediately gained attention.
Their second release, a five-song 12" EP, is the quintessence of PUNK, with direct, crude slogan lyrics about war, oppression, society and the police that feel more on target than ever, combined with equally direct, crude tunes. This album is full of early impulses too!
