Since then, Sex Virgin Killer's next step as a goth darkwave band, which is also gaining recognition worldwide, was an unknown crossbreeding. The lead song on this album is a re-recorded version of one of SVK's best-known songs, ‘Virgin Killer’, reworked as a Visual Shock Noise Version. The song crosses the opposites of visual-kei and noise music and fuses them together throughout the song, presenting a new sound that is unparalleled. The second track is ‘Glimpse’ from ‘DEVIL’. This track also crosses the visual-kei elements of SVK with noise, and achieves a unique sound image. The noise on both tracks is performed by SVK mastermind Lilii Mar a.k.a masa himself. The mixing and mastering was done by Koichi Hara, a renowned engineer in the Japanese rock/loud scene who has mixed many unorthodox artists. His skills have further strengthened the persuasive power of this album as a new music genre and format. Includes their 1st 7’ released on SIX FEET UNDER, their 1st LP “You'll get yours”, their signature song “Degenerate”, which was previously only included in compilations and promo tapes, as well as their early Agnostic front and BLITZ covers, which are included for the first time as official material. Includes a total of 20 tracks. Their 2016 ‘You'll Get Yours’ LP is a Mendek Diskak favourite, and for a long time I wondered if the band still existed or no longer existed, if they would record new songs again or if they had gone to sleep forever: ...... I had my doubts about the band - they are a band that has been around for a long time, and I have been wondering about them for years. However, I found out around mid-2022 that the rumours that they were recording new songs were true. What a great day that was! About 18 months later, a new record with great sound and artwork was completed. The band has a unique cleverness in weaving together elements of hardcore punk and rock ‘n’ roll, creating a unique type of bovver punk with a great guitar sound and work. The songs are catchy, even danceable to say the least, but retain a rough edge and tough attitude that adds to their appeal.
